Gingerich, John Thomas Age 83 of Bloomington passed away Nov. 15, 2020. Preceded in death by parents, Earl and Margaret; brother, Frank (Kay). Survived by loving wife of 58 years, Rose Ann; children, Michele Gingerich, John (Leslie), David (Barb) and Suzanne (John) Scheffert; grandchildren, Matthew, Izaac, Nicholas and Andrew. Graduate of St. Ignatius High School and Xavier University. Former employee of Eaton Corp, Republic Airlines and Northwest Airlines. He enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles, reading, volunteering, traveling and spending time with family. John was a kind and loving husband, father and grandpa. The family wishes to thank the loving and caring staff at Wealshire of Bloomington and the Minnesota Veterans Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Edward's Catholic Church or Wealshire of Bloomington. Services were held Fri. Nov. 20, 11am at St. Edward's Catholic Church, 9401 Nesbitt Ave. S., Bloomington.
