Miller, Richard J. age 93 of Bloomington passed away October 31, 2020. Preceded in death by wife, Charline and daughter, Stephanie. Survived by children, Brian (Lynn) & Elizabeth. He was active in Minneapolis Rotary and spent many years working as a jeweler. Rich had a great sense of humor and enjoyed bringing laughter to his family and friends.
