Patricia Rose Karels

Karels, Patricia Rose age 89, of Richfield, was ushered from the loving arms of her family into the loving embrace of God on October 16, 2020. Pat was born November 28, 1930 in Milbank, SD. Pat loved her family more than anything. She supported and cared for her husband and family with love and devotion. Her love of cooking and baking made family gatherings special and created many treasured traditions. Pat is lovingly missed by her beloved children, Mike (Teri), Colleen (Stuart), Mary Beth (Brad), Katie and Eugene (Ann); 16 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by loving husband, Charles "Chuck"; parents, John and Mary Thyne; siblings, Jack, Helen, Mary, Jim and Bob. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday (Oct 24) 11:00 AM at St. Richard's Catholic Church, 7540 Penn Ave. S and Live Streamed via Zoom. Visitation Friday 5-7 PM at Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S and one hour prior to Mass at church. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery.
