John Poucher, Jr.

Poucher, John Jr. passed away August 23, 2020 at the VA Hospital in Minneapolis. John was preceded in death by his father, John Sr. and mother, Josephine, and his triplet brothers James and Jerome. He is survived by his older brother Richard Poucher and daughters JoDeana Poucher and Shannon Sills. John was an Air Force Veteran and active member of the Minneapolis Police Reserve for over 43 years. Through his countless volunteer hours he rose through the ranks to Assistant Chief and proudly served the City of Minneapolis where he lived his entire life. A ceremony with military honors and interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on October 19, 2020. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Humane Society of Minnesota.
