Jennings, Joyce (Shaw) Born 4-19-1938 in Tracy, MN. Preceded in death by devoted husband, Michael "Jim" Jennings; her parents, Chester and Norine Shaw; and brother, John. Joyce moved to the Twin Cities in 1956 where she spent the majority of her career in the womens clothing field. She and Jim were married in 1992. They loved traveling in their marriage and spending time at their Scottsdale residence. Later as her health declined, she enjoyed dining at the family restaurants: JJ's, Jimmy's and The Scoreboard, visiting with staff and patrons there. Her strong faith, her loving heart, kind words, easy laugh and great sense of humor will be sorely missed. Survived by her loving children, Laura and Chris Jensen; grandchildren, Chelsea Snyder, Madison and Meagan Jensen; great grandson, Remington Snyder; siblings, Colleen Van Beek (Dennis), Dean (Diane), Mary Orman (Mike), Anne; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Additionally are the Jennings children, Mary, Ann, Mike (Cara), Tim, Peggy Frisch (Scott), Barbie and their family members who dearly loved her. The family is forever grateful for the wonderful care she received from all of her caregivers especially Val, Beth, Suzy and Andrea. A special thank you to Yvonne for her 6 years of devotion to Joyce's care. Due to COVID, services at this time will be limited. A celebration of her life is planned for next spring. Donations preferred to the Allina Hospice Foundation or donor's choice.
