Eugene Allred

Allred, Eugene Age 81 of Mpls. Passed away peacefully on August 27, 2020 Preceded in death by his wife Patricia. He is survived by his grand-daughter Tracy Anderson and his stepsons Jon and Christopher Morgan. Eugene was born in and grew up in Duluth where he was a skilled church organist. He attended Nazareth Hall and the St. Paul Seminary and then taught history in Duluth Cathedral High School followed by psychology at UMD. He was a computer instructor at Control Data and founded Tuition Aid Data Services. Known for his deep interest in classical music and analysis he will be missed by those in the Dante Society and by many others for his quips and delightful humor. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joan of Arc, followed by interment in their memory garden.
