Gerald 'Jerry' Moberg

Moberg, Gerald "Jerry" Age 87, of Brooklyn Center, MN, passed away on July 17, 2020. Jerry is survived by his wife Barb who he shared his life with for almost 60 years. He was the proud father of Ann Hackett, Steven (Amy), and Joel (Julie). Loving Grandpa to Joshua, Jeremy, TJ, Ben, Sara, ZoeAnna, and Jack. Survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents Clarence and Anna Moberg and sister Shirley (Wally) Kaczmarek. Jerry was an employee of Hennepin County for many years. After retirement, he enjoyed his trips to Florida. Jerry was a bowler, golfer, and after retirement, a fisherman. The family would like to thank the B.C. police and fire departments and ambulance service for their quick response on his 69th birthday when he went into cardiac arrest. They gave him more precious time to spend with family and friends. At Jerry's request, no service is planned. He will be buried at Fort Snelling at a later date.
