Migletz, George "Denny" Dennis Age 82 of Burnsville, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2020 from complications of heart failure. Denny was born on Jan. 13, 1938 in Youngstown, OH. He worked for United Airlines and in 1959 enlisted in the US Air Force. He married his wife "Gerri" Famor, also of Youngstown, in 1960, and in 1961 was deployed to Etienne, France for the Berlin Crisis. They later moved to Cleveland, OH with United Airlines until he joined Swissair and relocated to Columbus, OH, and eventually was transferred to Minnesota. He retired after 23 years as a regional sales manager. Denny was later recruited by the tourist board of Montreux, Switzerland where he worked for 17 additional years. Denny's humor & charisma blessed him with many friends around the world. His greatest passions were his faith & his family. Denny also loved to travel and he shared this love with his family on many memorable trips. Denny is survived by his wife of 59 1/2 years Geraldine, Daughters; Denise (Layne) Chapple, Linda (Michael) Perry, Karen (James) Sher, & Lisa Migletz, Grandchildren; Courtney, Calli, Chase, Nichole, Rachael, George, Joseph, & Marie, Brother; Gerald (Paulette) Migletz, Sister-in-laws; Betty Ostmeyer, & Carole (Greg) Speero, and several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; George & Ann Migletz, and niece, Michele Migletz. Denny will be missed by many including his beloved companion (dog), Toby. Due to the current COVID restrictions, a private Rite of Christian Burial will be held for family members only. Denny will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
