He joined the Minneapolis Golf Club in 1960 where he met many of his closest friends and remained a member for over 50 years. After settling in Minneapolis, John met his wife of 53 years, Karen. John loved his wife, his five children, his faith, friends, the spirit of competition and a good card game.
