Petersen (Gerhart), Mary E. Longtime resident of Fridley passed away February 1, 2020 at the age of 87 years. Preceded in death by beloved husband Carl "Pete." Survived by daughter Dorothy "Dori" Petersen and granddaughters Mara and Kayla of Minneapolis; son Eric (Jayne) and granddaughter Taylor of Peosta, Iowa and many relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 13 at St. Philip's Lutheran Church, 6180 Highway 65 in Fridley. Visitation one hour prior to service at church.
