Jacobson, Leslie Walter, M.D., F.A.C.S. Age 86, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, November 5, 1931, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2018. Preceded in death by father, Walter Jacobson and mother, Grace Jacobson. Survived by wife, Catherine (Cathy); children, Brad (Tamara) Jacobson, Mary Jacobson, Sally (Mark) Peterson; grandchildren, Alex, Olivia, Nick, James, Nina, Charlie & Henry; great granddaughter, Olivia. Memorials to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church or in honor of his wife Cathy to Alzheimer's Association. Funeral Service Wednesday September 26, 2018 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5026 Knox Avenue South Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
