Dziuk, John R. Age 82, of Brooklyn Park, formerly of Buffalo passed away August 8, 2018 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. Preceded in death by parents, Tony and Mae; brother, Tom of West Covina, CA. Survived by wife of 59 years, Dianne; children, Cecilia (Mark) Laberda, Richard (Brenda), Karen Dziuk and Edward Dziuk; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Born and raised in Foley, MN. He proudly served in the US Marines. John was a career court reporter. He owned Johnson and Dziuk Court Reporting and later retired from Wright County Courts. He enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and swimming at the health club. We will miss his exciting legal stories, flare for politics, and love for animals. When we think of him, we recall his quick wit, abruptly clever jokes and his big, cheeky grin to follow. Our Grandpa's gentle demeanor and unwavering ability to stay humble and serene play a strong role in our memory of him. Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, August 16th at 11am at Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Ave N, Brooklyn Park with a visitation one hour prior to Mass. Private interment Fort Snelling. Thanks to Twin Cities Physician's, North Hospice and the staff at St. Therese of Oxbow. A special thank you to Renee our dad's PCA and her daughter, Sanai who dedicated their time to care for our father; we couldn't have done it without you. Memorials preferred to Parkinson's Foundation, Minnesota Chapter or North Memorial Hospice.
