Joe Webb, QB/WR: Caught one pass for 3 yards with Panthers last season; started playoff game for Vikings.

Jeremy Kerley, WR: Led 49ers in receiving with 64 catches for 644 yards last season; re-signed in offseason for three years, $8.4M.

Andy Lee, P: A three-time Pro Bowl player with Carolina, Panthers preferred cheaper Michael Palardy.

Josh Lambo, K: He made 26 of 32 field goals in each of his first two seasons with the Chargers, who turn to Youngoe Koo at kicker.

Victor Cruz, WR: Let go by Giants in February; Bears had hoped he could add flair to their corps.

Nick Novak, K: After two years in Houston, Texans opted to go with Ka'imi Fairbairn.
