ANDOVER

APRIL 26

Theft. A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 14600 block of Quince Street NW.

APRIL 29

Illegal dumping. Someone dumped concrete slabs on the 16100 block of Verdin Street NW.

CIRCLE PINES

APRIL 29

Drugs. Officers responded to McDonald's, 1 Central St. NE. regarding a suspicious vehicle. A male, 17, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and another male, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Both were released to family members.

COON RAPIDS

APRIL 23

Theft. A 2015 Ford Escape was stolen from North Country Ford, 10401 Woodcrest Dr. NW.

APRIL 28

Theft. A 1979 Ford truck was stolen from the 10400 block of Arrowhead Street NW.

Theft. A wedding ring was stolen from a home on the 9700 block of Avocet Street NW.

APRIL 30

Drunken driving. A 31-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of marijuana after officers found him slumped behind the wheel in the drive-thru lane at White Castle, 3465 124th Av. NW.

MAY 2

Theft. A purse that was left unattended was stolen from Scoop's Pub, 482 Northdale Blvd. NW.

Theft. Four tires and rims were stolen from a vehicle on the 10700 block of 6th Street NE.

FRIDLEY

APRIL 30

Theft. Copper tubing was stolen from the 6600 block of East River Road.

Theft. Change was stolen from unlocked vehicles parked in a garage on the 500 block of 54th Avenue NE. The garage door was left open.

Assist public. Officers mediated a dispute between neighbors on Onondaga Street NE. The dispute was over noise from car doors slamming.

MAY 1

Theft. A purse that was left in a shopping cart was stolen from Wal-Mart, 8450 University Av. NE.

MAY 2

Noise complaint. Officers responded to an apartment regarding a female yelling. Officers located an apparently intoxicated woman yelling at her husband while he was trying to sleep. She was advised to keep the noise down.

HAM LAKE

APRIL 27

Property damage. Someone slashed four tires and spray-painted a vehicle on the 1500 block of 149th Lane NW.

LEXINGTON

APRIL 30

Theft. A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft and driving after suspension after he was caught allegedly shoplifting on the 9200 block of Lake Drive.

MOUNDS VIEW

APRIL 23

Burglary. Someone stole $8,000 cash and four watches from a home on the 5500 block of Saint Michael Street. There were no signs of forced entry.

APRIL 29

Theft. A 1994 Honda Civic was stolen from the 7600 block of Greenfield Avenue. It was later found abandoned and stripped.

RAMSEY

APRIL 29

Property damage. Flowers were smashed and damaged at Lord of Life Church, 14501 Nowthen Blvd. NW.
