Pay attention pasta partisans: Noodles & Co. is adding two more Twin Cities outlets, one each in Woodbury and Crystal.

The two new restaurants open Monday and will bring to 41 the total number of Noodles & Co. outlets in Minnesota. About 80 percent of those are in the Twin Cities.

The new Noodles stores are at 580 Woodbury Drive and 5592 West Broadway in Crystal Gallery.

Noodles & Co. is a player in the hottest part of the restaurant industry: Fast-casual, which is also home to such chains as Chipotle and Panera. Noodles & Co. specializes in noodle dishes in Asian, Italian and American styles.

Denver-based Noodles went public in 2013 and its stock soared to around $40 in March. But it has since come down to earth and is now trading at about $25.
