Wisconsin upset the No. 7-ranked Gophers 3-1 in a Big Ten volleyball match on Wednesday in Madison, Wis. The scores were 18-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-20.
Tori Dixon had 20 kills and Ashley Wittman 18 for Minnesota (18-4, 6-3 Big Ten), but the No. 16 Badgers (17-4, 6-3) had a little better balance with four players between 10 and 15 in kills. The Gophers play Northwestern at home at 1 p.m. Sunday.
