No. 1 Penn State ties with Ohio State

Mason Jobst's second goal of the game, with six minutes to play in the third, and Christian Frey's 56 saves gave No. 11 Ohio State a 3-3 overtime tie with No. 1 Penn State. The Buckeyes won the shootout — on Sam McCormick's goal in the seventh round — for the extra point in the Big Ten standings.

Michigan State 3, Michigan 0: Sam Saliba's goal three minutes into the game was the winner for the visiting Spartans. Ed Minney made 24 saves for the shutout.

Minnesota Duluth 5, North Dakota 3: Riley Tufte scored twice and Avery Peterson got the winner late in the second period to lead the No. 4 Bulldogs over No. 8 UND.

St. Cloud State 3, Denver 2 (OT): Ryan Poehling scored 2:27 into the extra period as the host Huskies upset the No. 2 Pioneers.

MSU Mankato 4, Michigan Tech 4 (2 OT): Zeb Knutson scored twice as No. 20 Mavericks tied the host Huskies.

Ferris State 5, Bemidji State 2: The visiting Bulldogs upset the No. 18 Beavers.
