Boot camp ... for comedians? Calling all comedians: Louie Anderson has an offer you can't refuse. Anderson, who sparked the Twin Cities comedy scene 30 years ago, is coming home for a little something called "Stand-Up Boot Camp." Last year, he began touring this intensive seminar with buddy Kyle Cease (see: his Comedy Central special "Weirder, Blacker, Dimpler"). The three-day marathon, March 27-29 at Acme, will give both novice and veteran comics hands-on tutelage. They expect 40 to 70 people. Anderson said he likes to help participants find their "point of view," while Cease takes a more "Tony Robbins approach." Beyond laughs, the pair talk a lot about marketing and business. The price tag for this immersive experience: $399. Don't let sticker shock dissuade you, Anderson says: "Every person who comes to this thing is going to come up with at least one idea that is going to make them $400," he said. "This is a guarantee, man." Another reason to check it out: You get to hang out with Louie Anderson and Kyle Cease.

March 27-29. 708 N 1st St., Mpls. $399. Register:

Uptown makeover The old Zeno Cafe has been rebranded as Fusion. Its owners (they run Drink and Spin) have expanded the dessert-and-wine spot to be more of a restaurant/bar. They've injected a sleek decor change -- plush reds and blacks, tufted cushions on the walls, lots of lounge seating. There's also a sushi bar.

In this photo taken Monday, March 6, 2017, in San Francisco, released confidential files by The University of California of a sexual misconduct case, like this one against UC Santa Cruz Latin Studies professor Hector Perla is shown. Perla was accused of raping a student during a wine-tasting outing in June 2015. Some of the files are so heavily redacted that on many pages no words are visible. Perla is one of 113 UC employees found to have violated the system's sexual misconduct policies in rece
