Panthers roll, stay unbeaten
• CAROLINA 37, TAMPA BAY 23: Cam Newton threw for two touchdowns in sometimes sloppy conditions, Ed Dickson lumbered 57 yards to score after recovering a fumble and the Panthers (4-0) forced five turnovers by the Buccaneers (1-3) in Tampa, Fla. On Dickson's score, Jonathan Stewart ran for 8 yards before fumbling, but the 255-pound tight end grabbed the ball in midair and took off. The Panthers are 4-0 for the first time since 2003, when they went on to the Super Bowl. The Bucs have dropped 11 consecutive home games.
• WASHINGTON 23, PHILADELPHIA 20: Kirk Cousins capped a 90-yard drive with a 4-yard touchdown toss to Pierre Garcon with 26 seconds left, lifting the host Redskins (2-2). Sam Bradford threw three second-half TD passes for the Eagles (1-3), who trailed 13-0 at halftime. Their new kicker, Caleb Sturgis, missed an extra point and a 33-yard field goal.
