Heisman Trophy? Check. National championship? Check. And now, first overall NFL draft pick. It's been a storybook year for Joe Burrow, who dominated college football in 2019, completing 76.3 % of his passes for 5,671 yards and had a ridiculous 60-6 TD-INT ratio. His new task: Make winners out of the Bengals.

2. redskins

Chase Young, DE, Ohio State

Productive since his freshman season, Young was dominant as a junior in 2019, racking up 16.5 sacks, 21 tackles for loss and six forced fumbles. He's just scratching the surface.

3. lions

Jeff Okudah, CB, Ohio State

Detroit grabs the draft's top corner, a solid playmaker who had three interceptions and nine pass breakups as a junior in 2019.

4. Giants

Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia

A first-team All-America selection for the Bulldogs as a junior in 2019, Thomas was a three-year starter and effectively moved from right tackle to left.

5. dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama

The lefthander is a wonderful talent, as his 76 touchdown passes combined in his sophomore and junior seasons attest. He completed more than 71 % of his passes in 2019, but a late-season hip injury raised concerns.

6. Chargers

Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

Herbert improved each year, finishing his senior season by completing 66.8 % of his passes for 3,417 yards and 32 TDs with six interceptions.

7. Panthers

Derrick Brown, DT, Auburn

Brown returned to Auburn for his senior season, earning first-team All-America honors. He amassed 55 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss and four sacks.

8. Cardinals

Isaiah Simmons, OLB, Clemson

Versatile athlete collected 104 tackles, seven sacks and three interceptions for the Tigers last season on his way to first-team All-America honors.

9. Jaguars

CJ Henderson, CB, Florida

All-SEC selection led Gators with 11 pass breakups in 2019 and added 33 tackles despite missing three games because of an ankle injury.

10. Browns

Jedrick Wills Jr., OT, Alabama

NFL.com's Lance Zierlein says Wills "has basketball-caliber foot quickness and the quick hands of a boxer, and all of it is wrapped in a stout, powerful package of bad intentions.''

11. Jets

Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville

Massive tackle can run — 5.1 seconds in the 40 — and has a 7-foot wingspan. QB Sam Darnold should like this addition.

12. Raiders

Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama

With 4.27-second speed in the 40, Ruggs is a burner, and he averaged a team-best 18.7 yards per catch. He also averaged 23.8 yards on kick returns.

13. Buccaneers (from 49ers through Colts)

Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa

Played mainly at right tackle for the Hawkeyes but showed versatility by filling in at left tackle. The Big Ten lineman of the year is athletic, as his 4.85 40-yard speed shows.

14. 49ers (from Buccaneers)

Javon Kinlaw, DT, South Carolina

A former junior college All-America, Kinlaw earned first-team All-America honors last year after collecting 35 tackles and six sacks.

15. Broncos

Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama

The junior was extremely productive for the Crimson Tide, catching 68 passes for 1,315 yards and 14 TDs in 2019 after amassing 77 receptions for 1,163 yards and 10 TDs as a sophomore.

16. Falcons

A.J. Terrell CB, Clemson

Big-play talent as evidenced by his pick-six in the 2018 national title game. Terrell was solid in 2019, making 37 tackles, intercepting two passes and breaking up six.

17. Cowboys

CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

Incredibly productive wideout for Sooners, with 173 catches for 3,292 yards and 32 TDs in three seasons. He averaged 21.4 yards per catch in 2019.

18. Dolphins (from Steelers)

Austin Jackson, OT, Southern Cal

Considered a true left tackle, Jackson might need some development because he's only 20 years old. ... Donated bone marrow to his younger sister.

19. Raiders (from Bears)

Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State

Physical corner came back for senior season and had 35 tackles, an interception and eight pass breakups.

20. Jaguars (from Rams)

K'Lavon Chaisson, DE, LSU

After missing most of the 2018 season because of a torn ACL, Chaisson collected 13.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks in 2019.

21. Eagles

Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU

Late riser in the draft, Reagor had 43 catches for 611 yards and five TDs while also being productive in the return game.

Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU

Caught a school-record 111 passes for 1,540 yards and 18 TDs in 2019.

Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State

A third-team All-America for the Sun Devils in 2019, Aiyuk caught 65 passes for 1,192 yards and eight TDs.

26. Packers (from Texans through Dolphins)

Jordan Love, QB, Utah State

Passed for 32 TDs and 3,567 yards in 2018 but fell off a bit last season, with 20 TDs and 3,402 yards but an FBS-leading 17 interceptions.

27. Seahawks

Jordyn Brooks, OLB, Texas Tech

Brooks had 20 tackles for loss among his 108 total tackles in 2019.

28. Ravens

Patrick Queen, ILB, LSU

Played a key role for the national champs in a limited number of starts, amassing 85 tackles and 12 tackles for loss.

29. Titans

Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia

A third-year sophomore, Wilson has massive size that makes him a powerful blocker. Limited to 11 games in 2019 because of an ankle injury.

30. Dolphins (from Packers)

Noah Igbinoghne CB, Auburn

Converted receiver had two productive season in the Tigers secondary, with 50 tackles in 2018 and 42 last year.
