Another clue it's going to be a busy year in Princedom, the singer has launched a website with unreleased songs on it, plus a promise of videos and concert tickets to come. is named after one of three new albums Prince has ready for release in 2009. It features three rotating songs: "(There'll Never B) Another Like Me," presumably one from the namesake record, plus a soulful new cover of Tommy James & the Shondells' "Crimson and Clover" and a song with his new young female protegée, Twin Cities native Bria Valente.

"Lotus Flow3r" is said to be the more conventional/commercial of the three discs, which also include the funk-jam-oriented "MPLSound" and a record with Valente. No release dates have been confirmed for the albums, which are being issued without a major record company.

Prince ignited the buzz over his new output in an impromptu interview with the Los Angeles Times. Look for it in Sunday's Star Tribune.
