NBA roundup: Marc Gasol's 25 points lead Memphis over Orlando

Marc Gasol made two free throws with 12.2 seconds left Thursday to give the Memphis Grizzlies a 95-94 victory over the visiting Orlando Magic. Gasol finished with a team-high 25 points and also had five blocked shots.

Troy Daniels had 19 points off the bench for Memphis, which rallied from 14 points down in the fourth quarter.

Evan Fournier led the Magic with 28 points.

Miami 111, Utah 110: Goran Dragic scored 27 points and James Johnson a season-high 24 points off the bench as the Heat beat the Jazz in Salt Lake City. Five of Miami's seven wins are on the road. The Jazz had the ball with 3.9 seconds left, but Gordon Hayward missed a contested midrange jumper.

L.A. Clippers 113, Cleveland 94: J.J. Redick scored 23 points and Blake Griffin matched a career high with 11 assists as the Clippers beat the host Cavaliers, who have lost two straight for the first time as defending NBA champions. Chris Paul scored 16 and DeAndre Jordan had 15 rebounds for the Clippers.

Milwaukee 111, Brooklyn 93: Giannis Antetokounmpo had 23 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, and Jabari Parker scored 22 points as the visiting Bucks beat the Nets for their third straight win. Brook Lopez scored 15 points for the Nets, who failed to win consecutive games for the first time this season.

Charlotte 97, Dallas 87: Kemba Walker scored 18 points as the Hornets beat the visiting Mavericks for their third win in the past four games. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist added 14 points and Jeremy Lamb had 12 off the bench for the Hornets, who remained in first place in the Southeast Division. Harrison Barnes scored 17 points for the Mavericks, who have lost 10 of their past 11.
