Fleetwood Mac

Friday: The big news is not a new album but the return of keyboardist/singer Christine McVie after a 16-year retirement to make the famously fractured Fleetwood Mac whole again. When the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers kicked off their reunion tour last September in Minneapolis, the performance was rewarding and encouraging but didn't quite feel lived in. Now after 40 gigs and a hiatus for the holidays, the "Rumours"-era lineup is back to launch the second leg of its On With the Show Tour in the Twin Cities. Here's hoping Stevie Nicks' voice, Lindsey Buckingham's spirit and McVie's grace are still as impressive as they were last fall. As for the rhythm machine of drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie, you know they're going to be as potent as ever. (8 p.m. Fri. $49.50-$179.50. Xcel Energy Center, W. 7th St. and Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul. 1-800-745-3000, www.ticketmaster.com.)
