CAPRI THEATER CELEBRATION
Saturday: The Capri Theater celebrates its fifth year of "bringing up the lights on West Broadway" with an all-star concert by some of the performers who have done tribute shows and cabarets there. The gala evening is headlined by singing actors Dennis Spears, Regina Marie Williams, Thomasina Petrus and Debbie Duncan. The show also features performances by the likes of singers Rick Carlson and Charmin Michelle plus the Wolverines Jazz Trio. The Capri, owned and operated by Plymouth Christian Youth Center, is part of continuing efforts to renew and revitalize the North Side of Minneapolis.
