Minnesota State Mankato, ranked No. 2 in the d2football.com poll, rushed for 427 yards in a 42-14 victory over Northern State, in an NSIC game Saturday in Mankato.

It was the 15th consecutive regular-season victory for the Mavericks (4-0), who built a 42-0 lead.

Jon Wolf rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 160 yards and a TD to lead the Mavericks, who outgained the Wolves 607-295.

The Mavericks, who led 14-0 at halftime, scored 21 points in a 6½ minute span in the third quarter to open a 35-0 lead.

Minnesota Duluth 64, Wayne State (Neb.) 21: The Bulldogs, 3-1 and ranked No. 9, scored 29 points in the first quarter and cruised to the victory in Wayne, Neb. Logan Lauters rushed for 103 yards and three TDs for the Bulldogs, who rushed for 316 yards.

St. Cloud State 31, Augustana 6: Phillip Klaphake passed for 270 yards and two TDs and rushed for a TD as the host Huskies, ranked No. 23, improved to 4-0.

Winona State 49, Minot State 14: Chichi Ojika rushed for 242 yards — the third-best total in school history — to lead the Warriors to victory over the host Beavers.

Bemidji State 41, Southwest Minnesota State 40: Zach Pulkinen's 37-yard field goal with 48 seconds left rallied the host Beavers past the Mustangs. The Beavers trailed 37-26 after three quarters.

Concordia (St. Paul) 36, Minnesota State Moorhead 34: Zach Moore of the Golden Bears blocked a 23-yard field goal attempt as time expired in Moorhead, Minn. Tre Spears scored on two short TD runs for Concordia (3-1). Jake Hodge's 26-yard TD pass to Adam Jiskra got the Dragons within two points with 1:16 left, but the Dragons' two-point conversion attempt failed.

Northwestern 27, Crown 14: Josh Sinnen rushed for 200 yards and two TDs to lead the host Eagles past the Storm.

St. Scholastica 41, Westminster (Mo.) 13: Jake Jensen and Chris Gassert each rushed for two TDs to lead the host Saints to the victory.
