Maya Moore said all the top college players shared a special day last April when they were drafted.

She was taken No. 1 by the Lynx out of UConn. Tulsa had the No. 2 pick and took 6-8 Aussie center Liz Cambage.

"Everybody in our [rookie] class will never forget that draft day," Moore said. "We just had a blast, everybody on draft day. And [Cambage] is somebody who brings a lot of energy, a lot of laughter to any space.

"She is just a big presence out there and we are going to try to do a good a job as possible to make sure that everything she gets is uncomfortable."

The Lynx are 3-0 against Tulsa. But everybody has been beating the Shock. They are 1-23 with a WNBA-record losing streak of 18 games.

THE BOBBLEHEAD

Moore was holding her bobblehead after Monday's Lynx practice. The first 2,500 fans at Friday's Lynx game against the San Antonio Silver Stars will get Moore bobbleheads.

A smart aleck media member asked Moore if having a bobblehad made resembling her was the highlight of her career? "I hope not," she said.

She said the bobblehead in profile, looks like her except it does not have pierced ears. "That would really be an impressive bobblehead if my ears were pierced," Moore said.

She said hopefully she would get a few bobbleheads of herself, then faked hiding the one she was holding -- "I don't know who this belongs to" -- under her jersey.
