This season marks the first time since 2009 that the only home opener the Twins will play in is their own. It also happened in 2007; before then, the previous time was 1993.

WATCH THIS

There are still a few MLB teams that have to play their home opener. One of the last to do so will be the Cubs, who will raise their long-awaited championship banner before they play host to the Dodgers in an NLCS rematch (7:05 p.m., ESPN).
