10: Earned runs scored by the Angels against Texas’ Colby Lewis on Sunday and then again on Tuesday against Colorado’s Chad Bettis. They became the first team in 76 years to score 10 earned runs off a starting pitcher in back-to-back road games.

Dan Johnson, 1B, Cardinals

The 35-year-old Blaine native was promoted from Class AAA Memphis, where he was hitting .265 with 11 home runs and 42 RBI in 61 games. Johnson has played in nine major league seasons with five AL clubs. St. Louis signed him in early May as a minor league free agent.
