The storm that spread snow into the lower Great Lakes late Sunday will createtravel problems from Chicago to Detroit for much of the day. Several moreinches of snow will blanket this area before the storm moves on tonight.Tuesday into Wednesday, the snow will pile up in the eastern Great Lakes intoNew England. As the storm lingers over this area, snowfall accumulations willsurpass half a foot from northern New York to western New Hampshire.
