This talker is short and simple: You've heard by now that head coach Todd Richards has been fired after two years -- neither of which involved the playoffs -- with the Wild.

The move kind of seemed inevitable based on prior reports, but the question remains: Was he given a fair shake? Your answers and reasons, please, in the comments.
