Mid-day talker: Bernard Berrian vs. State Rep. John Kriesel -- a Twitter battle in 5 acts

You might have heard by now that John Kriesel -- a Minnesota State Representative from District 57A, a Vikings watcher, a stadium supporter and a war veteran who lost both of his legs serving in Iraq -- had a fun Twitter exchange with WR Bernard Berrian yesterday. Berrian reportedly apologized for the exchange, per Leslie Frazier's comments about the episode today. [Update: Confirmed by Kriesel on Twitter]. But here are five screen grabs capturing the spirit of the thing, which started when Berrian asserted that he's been open a lot more than his two catches this season would suggest (We altered Kriesel's second tweet by one word to clean up one word that might be offensive to some). Berrian almost certainly did not know Kriesel's back story when tweeting at him. Still, it makes for quite the back-and-forth:
