Gawker.com has gotten a hold of a tape showing Eric Dane, "Grey's Anatomy's" Dr. McSteamy, his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart, and former Miss U.S. Teen Kari Ann Peniche cavorting around naked in a hot tub and joking about potential porn names. "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it," the couple's lawyer told People.com. If that weren't enough, Peniche has accused country singer Mindy McCready of swiping her hard drive with the video footage on it, the New York Daily News reported Tuesday. Peniche and McCready were roommates on "Celebrity Rehab." For her part, McCready accused her ex-roomie of being the one to steal her hard drive as well as money. L.A. police are said to be investigating.
