The Ramsey County Public Works department is soliciting input and feedback on plans to rebuild the intersection of Maryland Avenue and Arkwright Street in St. Paul.

An open house will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Police Department Community Room at 722 Payne Avenue in St. Paul. A presentation on the project will be given at 6 p.m.

The two plans on the table include closing segments of Maryland Avenue for short periods of time, or rebuilding the road way while reducing lanes and keeping the intersection open during construction.

The area that will be affected will be from Westminster Street to just east of Clark Avenue.

Construction is set to begin in August.
