NO. 3 KANSAS AT NO. 1 BAYLOR

11 a.m. Saturday, ESPN

Baylor coach Scott Drew is calling Saturday's game the biggest in program history. The Bears already defeated the Jayhawks 67-55 on the road, so they would near a potential No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament with a sweep.

NO. 14 OREGON AT NO. 24 ARIZONA

8 p.m. Saturday, ESPN

Another weekend game with league title implications as the Wildcats and the Ducks try to stay in the hunt for the Pac-12 regular-season crown. Oregon won the first meeting 74-73 in overtime in Eugene.

TRENDS to watch

Trending up: Three non-Power Five No. 1 seeds. Gonzaga, San Diego State and Dayton are rolling through their respective conferences in the West Coast, Mountain West and Atlantic 10 with a combined record of 40-0 in league play. They might all be possible top seeds in the NCAA tournament if they remain unbeaten.

Trending down: Having 11 or 12 Big Ten teams dancing. Minnesota's realistic NCAA tournament hopes were dashed by losing back-to-back home games to Iowa and Indiana (first time since 2017-18 season). Purdue and Indiana could have their bubble burst just as easily with a few losses.

player to watch

Jordan Nwora, forward, Louisville: The ACC player of the year candidate was suddenly benched for showing a lack of effort during a recent two-game skid. But Nwora scored 17 points in a 90-66 victory vs. Syracuse after scoring seven points combined in losses to Georgia Tech and Clemson.
