A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting outside a St. Paul bar over the weekend.
Police responded to a reported shooting Saturday around 2 a.m. and found a man shot in the parking lot of Arnellia's bar and restaurant in the 1100 block of W. University Avenue. The man died after being taken to Regions Hospital.
On Monday morning, a man was arrested in Crystal under suspicion of murder in the case. The man has not been charged.
The Ramsey County medical examiner will identify the victim.
