The folks at Ryan Cos. sure know how to put on a parade (and a party) for St. Patrick's Day. On Wednesday, the Minneapolis-based developer held a parade on Nicollet Mall, following it up with a shindig at The Local restaurant.

Founded in 1938, Ryan has most-recently been in the news for its $70 million Whole Foods mixed-use project in downtown Minneapolis, as well as its successful bid for the St. Paul Saints stadium in St. Paul.
