Kevin Love was expected to play against the Lakers tonight in Los Angeles despite that bruised rib injury he sustained last night. However, flu-like symptons will now keep him out.
The Wolves didn't shoot around in Los Angeles today after last night's comeback victory over the Clippers.
Rick Adelman said he didn't need to call upon Love Tuesday night when Derrick Williams and Michael Beasley stepped forth and won the game by combining for 26 of their total 54 points in the fourth quarter alone.

Other bits of news:
* Looks like Kobe Bryant will play for the Lakers. He needs to pass one more neurological test before tonight's game, but he's been symptom-free after suffering that broken nose in Sunday's All-Star Game.
* The Wolves, as expected, sent rookie Malcolm Lee back to Sioux Falls in the D League for another batch of games as he rehabs from December knee surgery.
Adelman says he still believes Lee has a big future in the league, but he doubts he'll be ready to contribute much this season.
