The construction of the Interchange train station adjacent to Target Field is a landmark in the city's new age of rail. So that made me curious about the lost stations of the last golden age of trains. I found these slides in the Star Tribune archives, part of a Picture Magazine spread by staff photographer Art Hager in 1978. The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis now occupies the spot, at 1st Street North and Hennepin Avenue.
