St. Jude Medical Inc., Little Canada, declared a 7 percent increase in its quarterly dividend to 31 cents per common share from 29 cents, payable April 29 to shareholders of record on March 31.

Medtronic PLC, Fridley and Dublin, Ireland, approved a fiscal year 2016 fourth-quarter cash dividend of 38 cents per ordinary share, representing a 25 percent increase over the prior year, payable April 15 to shareholders of record on March 24.

Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc., Hopkins, has received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market warning that the company's share price no longer complies with continued listing standards. The company has 180 days to regain compliance with the $1 per share minimum standard.

Imation Corp., Oakdale, has received a letter from the New York Stock Exchange warning that the company's share price no longer complies with continued listing standards. The company has six months to regain compliance with the $1 per share minimum standard.
