Lakes Entertainment Inc., Minnetonka, and Sartini Gaming Inc. (Golden Gaming), Las Vegas, completed their previously announced merger on Friday. As a result of the merger, the company changed its name to Golden Entertainment Inc. and its ticker symbol from LACO to GDEN on Tuesday.
