Letter of the day: City of Lakes celebrates water with new drinking fountains

Last week our biking group took a ride to check out the two recently installed artist-designed drinking fountains that adorn our city. I was inspired by the high quality of the artists' works and by the Mississippi River-sourced water as well. I raise my water bottle high to Mayor R. T. Rybak, the Minneapolis Arts Commission, the City Council members who voted for it and all others who made it possible.
