Last week our biking group took a ride to check out the two recently installed artist-designed drinking fountains that adorn our city. I was inspired by the high quality of the artists' works and by the Mississippi River-sourced water as well. I raise my water bottle high to Mayor R. T. Rybak, the Minneapolis Arts Commission, the City Council members who voted for it and all others who made it possible. I'm looking forward to another bike ride when the next two fountains are up and running. SALLY NOVOTNY, MINNEAPOLIS
