Ko Kieft flips commitment from NDSU to Gophers

Ko Kieft, a tight end from Sioux Center, Iowa, gives the Gophers 21 commitments for the Class of 2016.

The Gophers landed a tight end/athlete for their 2016 recruiting class Wednesday night, when Ko Kieft, a tight end from Sioux Center, Iowa, flipped his commitment from North Dakota State to Minnesota, a source familiar with his decision confirmed.

The 6-4, 225-pound Kieft gives the Gophers 21 commitments in this class.
