Good morning, commuters!

The rain is falling in parts of the metro and the deer are active. Emergency personnel are responding to car vs. deer crashes on 160th Street and S. Robert Trail/Hwy. 3 in Rosemount and at 105th Avenue NE. and Hwy. 65 in Blaine.

In case you missed the news, the railroad crossing at Armstrong Blvd. and Hwy. 10 in Ramsey is closed until fall as MnDOT reconstructs the interchange. Hwy. 10 remains open, but Armstrong is closed on the north side of the interchange. A detour is in place.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
