Good morning, commuters!

The Tuesday rush hour begins with no issues to speak of. MnDOT is wrapping up some overnight road work on I-494 at 12th Avenue in Bloomington. A reminder that the 12th Avenue bridge over I-494 is closed for the next few weeks for reconstruction.

Today, Armstrong Boulevard in Ramsey closes north of Hwy. 10 following the morning rush hour. Construction crews will be building a new interchange at Armstrong and Hwy. 10. The new interchange will feature two new bridges that will carry Armstrong Boulevard traffic across Highway 10 and the BNSF Railroad tracks.

This will be in place until October.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
