Tuesday starts nice and dry, and quiet, too. Roads are in much better shape than they were on Monday.
Traffic volumes, as they typically are at this time of the day, are on the light side.
I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.
