Good morning, commuters!

It's another frigid one out there and with temperatures hovering around minus 10 degrees in the metro, black ice could be a problem this morning.

No word if black ice played a role in a crash that sent one vehicle into the right ditch on northbound Cedar Avenue at Cliff Road. A trooper is parked on the right shoulder and crews are still trying to rescue the wayward car.

Up in the far north metro, Hwy. 47 will be closed until further notice between Anoka County Road 63 in Ramsey and Anoka County Road 24 in St. Francis. Crews are fighting a fire.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
