Keeping tabs on Monday's morning commute

Good morning, commuters!

The Twin Cities escaped the massive winter storm that dumped record-breaking snow across portions of the Midwest and is now heading to the Northeast. There will be lots of weather-related travel headaches in that part of the country today, but not here.

Roads are in fabulous shape as we kick off another work week. The one blemish in the system is a spin out on southbound Hwy. 169 at Valley View Road in Edina.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
