TRANSFORMERS

Here's a little more about some of the key transfers on Final Four teams:

Kansas

Malik Newman: Former five-star recruit transferred from Mississippi State and has averaged nearly 26 points in his past three NCAA tournament games, including 32 vs. Duke.

Michigan

Charles Matthews: The 6-6 junior is a former Kentucky Wildcat who now leads the Wolverines in scoring during this tournament.

Loyola Chicago

Clayton Custer: Redshirt junior guard from Iowa State became the Missouri Valley Conference player of the year. He hit the game-winner to stun third-seeded Tennessee.

Loyola Chicago

Marques Townes: Redshirt junior guard from Farleigh Dickinson is the Ramblers' third-leading scorer, and his three-pointer sealed a Sweet 16 victory over Nevada.
