Canterbury cancels training
Canterbury Park canceled horse training Saturday after track officials learned two people in the stable were showing symptoms associated with COVID-19.
The people showing symptoms were isolated, and the track planned to resume training Sunday with enhanced protocol.
"We believe our aggressive response to these reports was the prudent course of action while we gained additional information," said Andrew Offerman, vice president of racing operations.
