Jimmy John's forces employees to sign a pretty robust non-compete agreement

The agreement stipulates that for two years after working at Jimmy John's, employees must not be at all involved with any company that gets a tenth of its revenue from sandwiches and is within 3 miles of any Jimmy John's.

The Huffington Post got hold of one of Jimmy John's employee confidentiality and non-competition agreement and reports:

The agreement, available here, stipulates that for two years after working at Jimmy John's, employees must not be at all involved with any company that:

a) derives more than 10 percent of its revenue from the sale of sandwiches, and

b) is located within 3 miles of any Jimmy John's.
